Developing maps for PFES in 5 basins in Thua Thien Hue province under the BCC-GEF project. This is a bidding package under the activity of Capacity building for PFES in Quang Nam, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue provinces. This activity is implemented in 5 basins: A Lin B1, A Lin B2, Rao Trang 3, Rao Trang 4 and Song Bo in Thua Thien Hue province.
This package aims to expand more villages receiving PFES for forest owners in 5 new basins. In particular, the key of the activity is that the village communities in the buffer zone get the earliest benefit from PFES when the basins come into operation.
