Hoang Xuan Ty Director
|
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hoang Xuan Ty is a leading scientist in forest soil and ecology. His long-term study in soil under plantation forest have significantly contributed to the understanding of nutrient cycling in forest ecosystem.
Dr. Ty has extensive knowledge in forestry and rural development in Vietnam. As a scientist Dr.Ty has lead many research programs in forest soil, ecology and environment with funding from both government of Vietnam and international sponsors such as CIFOR, IIED, FAO, ESCAP, IDRC. As a consultant Dr. Ty has completed many assignment for the Worldbank, UNDP, ADB, FAO, IUCN, GTZ. Mr. Ty main research interest are: · Forest soil & forest ecology · Forest environment and CDM · Agro-forestry system
Mr Ty holds an Ph.D in forest soil from Forest Science Institute of Vietnam (FSIV) and was promoted as Associate Professor in 2000 at the same institute.

Mai Van Trinh Soil Science and Agronomy
|
Mai Van Trinh has a background in soil science and agronomy. His main research interest is in environmental modeling and geo-statistic. Trinh have extensive experience in agronomy, fertilizer application and development of farming system. He has also conducted numerous consulting project with MARD, provincial government and NGOs such as SIDA, FAO. Trinh holds an MS.c from International Institute for Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC) in the Netherland; and a Ph.D from Wageningen University, The Netherlands.

Do Tu Anh is in charge of Investment and Real Estate consultant. Prior to join GreenField, she was an active entrepreneur with wide range of experiences across several sectors. Do Tu Anh was the co-founder and CEO of Asian Injury, an international NGO focus on transport’s injury prevention through education, policy guidance’s and manufacture of safety transport equipment. From 2003-2007, she was the CEO of NETTRA group, a leading investor in telecommunication, real-estate development, and investment banking, with operation in Russia, Vietnam and South-East Asia.
Do Tu Anh has extensive experiences in transportation business, industry operation and management, and comprehensive knowledge of the law, finance and business regulation both in Vietnam and international. |

Nguyen Thi Thuc Anh GIS & Remote Sensing
|
Mrs. Thuc Anh is a senior expert in GIS and photogrametry. She has worked as a consultant and trainer in many mapping project in the Netherlands, Laos, Africa and Vietnam. Prio to join GFD Mrs. Thuc Anh lead the photogrametry division at Vietnam National Mapping Agency where she was in charge of large scale mapping project involving aerial photography acquisition, photogrametry for topographic extration and map production. Mrs. Thuc Anh have a deep knowledge in the field of GIS, photogrametry, aerial photography, and Lidar.
Thuc Anh holds an Bsc from Moscow State university of Geodesy and Cartography in Russian with a distinguish degree in cartography in 1994; a Professional Master in Urban Planning from International Institute of Geo-Information Sciences and Earth Observation (ITC) in 1999; and a MSc in Geo-information Management from the same institute in 2007.

Do Hong Anh Project Development

Do Hong Anh manage the business development at GFD. She has very broad experience in social sciences, education, transportation, project management and business management. Hong Anh worked for 5 years at Asian Injury, an international NGO in traffic safety, as a project manager for numerous project in traffic safety education before moving to business world.
After Asian Injury, Mrs. Hong Anh has worked at senior position in several business including retailing, IT, media industry, energy and real estate investment consulting. Hong Anh is also an excellence writer and has contributed regularly to top News Papers in Vietnam.
Hong Anh holds a B.A from Vietnam University for International Trading; an M.A in Social Sciences from University of Northumbria (UK)

Hoang Viet Anh Environment and Geosciences
|
Hoang Viet Anh is an environment specialist with specialize in natural resources management using geosciences approach. He have more than 10 years experience consulting on environment assessment, water resources, forest ecology and land use planning. Hoang Viet Anh has worked with government and NGO in Vietnam and South East Asia in areas of feasibility study, policy review, project monitoring and evaluation.
Hoang Viet Anh research interest is the application of GIS, and remote sensing for natural resources management. His research in this field have included forest mapping, soil erosion modeling, desertification monitoring, flood management, and urban planning. He has worked in several country including Vietnam, Laos, UK, Netherlands and Spain.
Hoang Viet Anh received a BSc in biology and ecology from University of Hanoi (1996), an MSc in Natural Resources Management from International Institute ofGeo-information Science and Earth observation (ITC), Netherlands (2001); and Ph.D in Geosciences from University of Newcastle, UK (2008)

Dao Viet Dung Water resources
|
Dao Viet Dung is in charge of GFD water resources management. He has vast experience in design and construction of small-hydro power plant, irrigation system, and rural water supply. He is a senior researcher at National Institute of Hydrology and has worked as a consultant for MARD, FAO, ACIAR, OXFAM, ADB, EU, UNICEF.
Mr. Dung holds a B.A from Hanoi University of Water Resources; an MSc from International Institute of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), The Netherlands.

Vo Nguyen Khanh Nha Market development
|
Khanh Nha has 10 years experience in poverty reduction and rural development primarily with GTZ. She has coordinated several large programs in the North West and the central of Vietnam with the areas of activity include community development, micro credit, poverty impact monitoring, social security, forest plantation.
Khanh Nha hold a B.A in English from Hue University of Science; a M.A in Development Planning at University of Queensland, Australia.
