Mid-term review (MTR) for the Land Allocation for Social and Economic Development in Cambodia

The project of Land Allocation for Social and Economic Development (LASED) in Cambodia is sponsored by World Bank (WB) to Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Land Management of Cambodia.

In this project, GFD review, assess and evaluate project activities. The review was conducted at national level including donors, line ministries and at 3 project provinces: Kampong Cham, Kampong Thom, and Kratie.

The following are the specific objectives of the MTR:

a. Assess the project’s overall implementation progress against targets set out in the various project documents. 

b. Assess compliance of project to agreed policies, guidelines and approaches, including the Good Governance Framework.

c. Determine the initial benefits, outcomes and impacts generated by the project.
